Assorted random miscellany of the tangential sort and otherwise
Glad to see you've joined the blogging world! Will bookmark and check back. All the best in your new endeavors, whatever it may be.
I wish you the best as well and hope to see more of your work somewhere soon.
I read your story about Al. Breaks my heart. We currently have a 'puppy mill' dog and when we got him he was a lot like Al. He has a few 'safe spots' in our house tha if he can get to them it is OK to pet and love on him. After five years he still doesn't trust strangers. He'll stay outside in his 'hidey hole' for a few day after guests leave.Sorry to see you go, you wee the last one in the editorial section I could stand. (most of the time, anyway)
Woe is me! (Woe are we!) What will I do with no Crowson toons to look forward to, and ake me at least skim the rest of the editorial content? This is too close to Gary Trudeau's plotline for "Rick" the reporter; something about the whole thing stinks to this long time Wichitan. Best wishes for all your future endeavors. We know you toon/tune because you care, so keep up the good fight.Doc Page
I read in the Eagle a few days ago, that the newspaper was gonna lay off some people but they didn't name names, and then Sunday well this morning, I'm seeing the letter to editor about you and I'm seeing your "best of" and finally got online here to find out the scoop. Waaaah!
I'm sad not to see you in (or at) the Eagle, but I am happy to see you here.
Hey, Richard -- Glad to see you have this thing up and running. See you on the 11th, if not sooner.
