It does seem to be the pruning season for all the things that as a society we have worked so hard to see take root and grow. We can only hope that at some point the "have you no shame?" message will begin to be heard from more than just a few of us. The barbarians are long past the gates and have control for at least the next two years. Perhaps by then even Kansans will have had their fil.
