My, my, how things have changed
The great Rollin Kirby, cartoonist for the New York World drew this during the build-up to WWI.

As long as we refuse to ask the rich to pay their fair share we will continue to have these problems. It is insane that the poor pay a higher effective tax rate than the Trumps, Kochs, Loves, and others of their ilk.
